Operations Leader — Brooklyn, NY
From long-term strategy to immediate bottlenecks, I design and lead the systems that keep growing companies moving.
Get in touchWhat I Do
Define the right metrics, remove noise, and build reporting systems that drive decisions. Not just visibility.
Identify friction in workflows and decision-making. Redesign execution to improve speed and organizational focus.
Build scalable systems that replace manual work, free up leadership time, and compound over time.
Case Studies
Replaced the 1:1 coaching model with an AI copilot ("Leslie") trained on workshop transcripts and coaching guidelines. Rebuilt the entire funnel to run more bootcamps, serve dramatically more teams, and redirect staff time toward high-potential founders — while maintaining cohort quality across later-stage programs.

New Farmers — Founder & CEO
Built the operational backbone of a food-tech company from scratch — supply chain, subscription metrics, financial forecasting, and real-time KPI visibility across the full business. Designed with complete P&L ownership. System still runs the company.
New Farmers — Automation
Built an end-to-end content pipeline that turns a single research topic into a fully drafted, SEO-optimized, brand-aligned blog post. Reduced creation time from 60–90 minutes to under 5. One afternoon generated a full year of content — higher quality than previous manual posts.
NYU — Coaching Tool
Built a GPT-assisted tool that converts coach insights and application data into structured SWOT reports for each accelerator team. First time the Institute delivered this level of team-specific strategic analysis. Exceptionally well received by both coaches and founders.
How I Work
"I bring structure to messy, growing organizations by building systems that remove bottlenecks, clarify metrics, and improve execution."
Traditional ops leaders manage processes. I design and build them — and I've done it with real consequences on the line as a founder. That context changes how I think about tradeoffs, speed, and what good enough actually means.
About
I'm an operations leader based in Brooklyn, NY. I spent seven years founding and scaling We Are The New Farmers — a DTC food-tech company — before moving into my current role at NYU's Entrepreneurial Institute, where I lead venture programs and build the systems that make them run.
My edge is the combination of founder experience, where I owned consequences and not just processes, with a builder's instinct for automation and systems design. I operate comfortably across strategic and tactical levels, and I'm at my best in environments that are fast-moving and still figuring themselves out.
My background spans industrial engineering, brand-building, and systems design — which means I think about operations across the full stack, from unit economics to the workflows that produce them.
